1. Cancellations Before Shipment

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it free of charge and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation cannot be applied. In that case, please follow the standard return procedure outlined below.

7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
8. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will review and issue your refund within 4 business days. After the refund is issued, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
